Cooper Maxwell

Cooper is one of the co-founders and lead Dreamers of Dream Kids. He started as a young teenager with a passion for hip-hop, metal, indie and experimental genres. He has since become a leading venue and show operator in Central Florida, and has experience in talent buying, artist hospitality, music distribution, branding, bookings, and tour managing. Cooper has assisted in building the House-Keepers brand and affiliated artists, and his passion for managing and assisting a diverse range of talent led to the creation of Dream Kids.

Nate Humphrey is the Director of Operations at House Keepers Records since 2020, where he co-manages release scheduling, events, tasks, and graphic design. He has experience working with current Dream Kids artists and 3 years of talent acquisition experience. His skills in operations and branding, as well as his ability to identify emerging talent, make him a valuable member of the Dream Kids Management team.

During her career, Carly has accomplished many notable achievements, including starting and building the artist relations department at Celine Orlando, serving as the Artist Relations Director and Hospitality Manager for Dirtybird Campout/Camp INN, working on multiple Insomniac events, and hosting over 300+ artists. Her genuine love for the industry shines through in everything she does, both personally and professionally.
